How to pay for my classes?
I use Paypal to accept payments. If you are in Taiwan, you can also pay by direct bank transfer.
What do you use for your class?
I use Zoom (click to download). I share my screen for you to interact with the lesson materials.
When can I book the class? Does it have to be the same time each week?
You can book the class two weeks before. It does not have to be at the same time.
What happens if I can't have class on the scheduled date?
I have a cancellation policy. If you cannot attend the class, notify me 12 hours before your class and you will not be charged. The class can be rescheduled. If you cancel within 12 hours, then you will still be charged for this lesson because I have no time to replace it and the time is lost.
Do you offer discounts for the classes?
Yes, if you buy 10 classes, there will be a 5% discount. You must take these 10 classes within a 4 month period, otherwise they will expire. Ask me for the class packages.
Do you offer free trial classes?
No, I don't provide free trial classes. I provide 25-minute trial class for $16 USD, where you can experience different materials and find the best learning method for you.
Do I need to prepare anything for class? Do I need to buy any textbooks?
Nope, I have my own materials that are a lot more interesting than textbooks. I provide the teaching materials for free with the purchase of any of the classes.
Can I get a refund if I pay for a class and change my mind?
No, sorry, I don't offer refunds for my classes.
